These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by MeWatch Security, a trading name of Bizzy Facilities Management Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any individual, company or organisation (“you”, “the Client”).

By instructing us to provide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to (but are not limited to):

• Mobile Patrol Services
   
• Keyholding & Alarm Response
   
• Rapid Deployment CCTV / Security Equipment Hire
   
• Security K9 Services
   
• Manned Guarding
   
• Event and Temporary Security
   

All services are subject to contract, availability and risk assessment.

3.1 We provide services using reasonable skill and care in line with industry standards.

3.2 We may refuse, suspend or withdraw services where:

• Conditions are unsafe
   
• Risks are unacceptable
   
• Information is withheld
   
• Payments are overdue
   

3.3 We may substitute staff or equipment to maintain service continuity.

3A.1 We may use subcontractors, labour providers, agency staff and third-party providers.

3A.2 All personnel will be appropriately vetted and SIA licensed where required.

3A.3 Delegation may occur without prior notice when operationally necessary.

3A.4 We remain responsible for overall service quality.

3A.5 No contractual relationship exists between the Client and subcontractors.

4.1 Patrol routes and timings may vary for operational security.

4.2 Response times are targets only.

4.3 We are not liable for incidents between patrols.

4.4 We will report hazards but are not responsible for repairs unless agreed.

5.1 We securely retain keys and access details.

5.2 Response times are targets only.

5.3 We are authorised to:

• Enter premises
   
• Conduct checks
   
• Contact emergency services
   

5.4 We are not responsible for:

• False alarms
   
• System faults
   
• Poor maintenance
   

5.5 Forced entry may be made when necessary. All making-secure costs are chargeable.

6.1 All equipment remains our property.

6.2 Clients must prevent tampering and ensure safe siting.

6.3 The Client is liable for:

• Theft
   
• Loss
   
• Vandalism
   
• Arson
   
• Damage (excluding fair wear)
   

6.4 We are not responsible for power or signal failures.

7.1 Dogs remain under handler control.

7.2 Clients must disclose hazards and risks.

7.3 Dogs may lawfully engage where required to prevent crime.

7.4 We are not liable for injuries to trespassers or criminals.

7.5 We are not responsible for injuries caused by unsafe or undisclosed site risks.

8.1 Officers work to SIA and industry standards.

8.2 We are not insurers of property.

8.3 We are not liable for criminal acts outside our reasonable control.

8.4 Clients must provide safe welfare facilities.

9.1 Charges are agreed in writing.

9.2 Payment terms: 14 days unless stated otherwise.

9.3 We may:

• Charge statutory late interest
   
• Recover collection costs
   
• Suspend service for non-payment
   

9A.1 All prices shown are indicative only.

9A.2 Final pricing is confirmed only after a full site survey and risk assessment.

9A.3 Quotes may be amended if site conditions differ from descriptions.

9A.4 Work only starts after written acceptance of final pricing.

10. No Guarantee of Crime Prevention

10.1 We do not guarantee prevention of theft, loss or damage.

10.2 Security services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

10.3 We are not liable for losses occurring despite reasonable performance.

11.1 Clients must maintain insurance for:

• Buildings
   
• Stock
   
• Equipment
   
• Contents
   
• Business interruption
   

11.2 We are not an insurer.

11.3 Claims should be made through the Client’s own insurers.

12.1 Surveillance is for deterrence and evidence only.

12.2 We do not guarantee:

• Continuous recording
   
• Image quality
   
• Capture of all incidents
   

12.3 Performance may be affected by:

• Weather
   
• Power loss
   
• Signal issues
   
• Obstruction or vandalism
   

12.4 Footage is disclosed only in line with legal obligations.

13.1 We rely on Client-supplied information.

13.2 We are not liable for loss arising from:

• Incorrect details
   
• Undisclosed hazards
   
• Incorrect access codes or instructions
   

14.1 We may amend services where operationally necessary.

14.2 Cost-impacting changes will be communicated where possible.

14.3 Emergency changes may be made without prior approval.

15.1 We accept no liability for injuries to persons who are:

• Trespassing
   
• Committing offences
   
• Acting unlawfully
   

15.2 Our officers and dog handlers may act lawfully to protect people and property.

16.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bizzy Facilities Management Ltd / MeWatch Security against claims arising from:

• Unsafe site conditions
   
• Undisclosed hazards
   
• Client negligence
   
• Third-party claims caused by Client failures
   

16.2 This indemnity continues after contract termination.

17.1 Minimum cancellation periods:

• Manned Guarding: 24–72 hours
   
• K9 Services: 48 hours
   
• Equipment Hire: 7 days
   

17.2 Late cancellations may be fully chargeable.

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control including extreme weather, fire, flood, civil disorder, terrorism or government restrictions.

Client and operational information is treated as confidential unless legally required.

We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Refer to our Privacy Policy.

21.1 Complaints must be made in writing to:

21.2 Include relevant dates, site address and full details.

21.3 Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days.

21.4 We aim to resolve complaints within 14 working days.

22.2 Prices and descriptions may change without notice.

22.3 No contract exists until a written quotation is accepted.

These Terms are governed by English & Welsh law, with disputes subject to the courts of England and Wales.
